Privacy, terms & cookies
What this site collects, what it does not, and the terms under which the information on it is published.
The short version
None are set
This site sets no cookies and starts no session. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
None are running
No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording. Nothing on these pages reports your visit to anyone.
Only what you type
The two forms collect what you put in them, so we can reply. Nothing is collected from a visitor who does not use one.
Nothing is sold
Enquiries are not sold, rented or passed to a marketing list. They go to the people who answer them.
If you send us an enquiry
The contact form and the dealer application are the only places this site collects anything. Both do the same two things with what you submit: email it to us, and write it to a log file on the server.
What is recorded
Every field you filled in, plus the date and time and the IP address the submission arrived from. Where the request reached us through our content delivery network, both that network's address and your own are recorded, so that the entry is not simply a record of our own infrastructure.
The log lives on the server and is not readable from the web. It exists so that an enquiry which fails to send by email still exists somewhere, which is the difference between a message you have to send twice and one that is simply lost.
What it is used for
Replying to you, and — if you asked about becoming a dealer — assessing that application. If you ticked the box asking for documentation and firmware updates, we will also use your address for that, and for nothing else. There is no marketing list, and there is no profiling.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the enquiry and to any business relationship that follows from it. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, from both the mailbox and the log.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form — it is the same route, and it reaches a person.

Not recorded: anything about visitors who do not submit a form. No cookie, no identifier, no analytics event, no record of which pages you read.
Google Fonts
The site's typeface, Raleway, is served by Google Fonts. Loading it means your browser requests a file from Google, which necessarily reveals your IP address to them. It is the only third-party request on the site, and it sets no cookie. It can be removed by self-hosting the font, and probably should be.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all, and starts no session.
That is a design decision rather than an omission. The forms are protected by a signed check carried in the form itself rather than by a session, which means there is no state to keep on the server and nothing to store in your browser. You will not see a consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
Your browser may still cache the pages, the stylesheet and the images. That is ordinary caching, it happens on your device, and nothing here can read it.
What the information here is, and is not
Specifications
Every published figure on this site is taken from the manufacturer's documentation for the product, and is quoted with the conditions it was measured under. Specifications may change without notice as the product develops. Where a figure matters to a design decision, confirm it against the documentation current at the time you specify.
Worked examples
The channel and zone configurations on the applications page are worked examples — arithmetic on the published specification, using tap values and speaker counts a real installation would use. They are illustrations of what the amplifier can be configured as, not system designs, and they are not a substitute for a competent installer's calculations.
Installation
These are Class I products carrying hazardous voltage at the output terminals, and they are intended to be installed by competent and qualified personnel. Nothing on this site is installation instruction. Servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel and, in the first instance, to the dealer who supplied the unit.
Warranty
Warranty terms are the responsibility of the amplifier re-seller, so the terms that apply to a given unit come from whoever supplied it. No warranty is offered or implied by this site.
Content
The text, drawings and diagrams on this site belong to us. The photographs of interiors are used with permission and remain the property of their owners. Product names and trademarks of other companies belong to those companies.
This is a plain-language description, not a lawyer's document. It is an accurate account of what the site does with information, which is what matters day to day. A formal policy naming the operating entity will replace it.
About any of this
Data requests, corrections, deletions, or anything on this page that is not clear — the contact form reaches a person, and there is no separate privacy address to look up.
