What helps us answer
For a system question: how many zones, which loudspeakers and how many in each, whether each run is low impedance or 70/100 V line, and what the sources are, plus where the amplifier will sit — a rack, a cupboard or a shelf. For an installed unit: what the front-panel indicators are showing, and what changed before the problem started.
